I am an interdisciplinary researcher working at the intersection of the history and sociology of science (STS), political economy, and state formation. Currently, I am completing my final-year undergraduate studies in American Studies at Hacettepe University, while actively developing a research agenda centered on how technical infrastructures, bureaucratic systems, and expert knowledge shape state capacity and contemporary governance. My scholarly work has appeared or is under review in recognized academic outlets, including a currently under review for publication on state capacity and political economy in the Review of Evolutionary Political Economy (REPE) and a piece exploring AI's implications for alienation currently under review at AI & Society. My research interests are focused on the historical development of state capability, the political economy of science and expertise, and the long-term impact of technical systems on public administration. Looking ahead, I intend to pursue a Ph.D. in History of Science/STS, aiming to build a research program that merges archival historical analysis with contemporary sociological and political economic critique.
